Membership Fee

• R100 per Calendar year (pay for 12 months and get 2 months free, before 31 Jan)

• Or R10 per month

Rules:

1. Members are NOT forced to join any event or function. if you can = cool

2. Under 5 years old - Free (6years+  can become members)

   1. Under 6 must have a parent/adult to supervise crawling at events

3. Members get 1st option on new stock at 10% discount

4. Members are welcome to HOST a Crawler Party at 20% discount (HOST)

5. NO Negativity, NO Political or religious discussions

6. MUST have FUN and ENJOY and be HAPPY

7. Members may join a whatsapp group for upcoming events and specials

Crawler Events:

1. Members = R20 per event (excludes venue costs) 

2. Non member = R50 per event - or as per subscribe on the notice board at the event

3. Bakkie Hire (T&C’s apply)

   1. Members = Free 

   2. Members Own Crawler = Free

   3. Visitors hire per (1)  trip around course, or as per day special board (T&C’s apply) 

4. Visit different venues for crawler fun!

5. Venue costs may vary and members may be asked to contribute to 'hiring' a venue

Terms and Conditions (T&C’s)

1. 1 trip around course at a time

2. Must allow others to take part which includes visitors

3. Must wait their turn if there is a que for drivers

4. ANYONE  who is deemed to show and/or act Unsportsmanlike will be banned from the club and will not be allowed at future events/functions

   1. For example 

      1. mistreating an RC 

      2. Swearing, bad behavior

      3. Too intoxicated 

Time Trials at Events or Functions

1. Time trials with std bakkie. 1,2,3, or 4 ONLY (or as agreed on the day by ALL members)

2. The best time wins.

Any damage to obstacle or RC car will be for the expense of the Member, non-member and or Parent
