Venue Requirements

• Company Premises

• Sufficient open space is needed for the obstacle course

• Secure Parking must be available for a trailer and car

Roodepoort / / North Rand, East Rand, Midrand, West Rand- * Saturdays: After 11:30 AM

Pretoria  - * Saturdays: After 10:30 AM

All Areas

• Sundays: 09:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Monday – Thursday: 09:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Fridays: 09:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Other times can be discussed upon request

Booking Terms & Conditions

• Full payment 1 month in advance: Receive a 10% discount

• 50% deposit required to secure your date and time

• Valid for 2 weeks  from original date booked

• Final 50% payment due on the day, upon arrival at the venue

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 13+ days before: Full refund

• Cancel 7–13 days before: 50% refund

• Cancel 3 days or less: No refund

Important Notes

• Weather may impact the activity (we’ll communicate accordingly)

• No child or adult is allowed to take control of the event or equipment

• Setup area for obstacles is required and depending on area will depend on how many obstacles

• Nighttime sessions possible – let’s discuss options

• You are welcome to use your own RC car, provided it suits the terrain

• Photos and videos may be taken for Cobra Craft Corner's website and social media (POPIA-compliant)

Injuries

While every safety measure is taken, participation is at your own risk. Please ensure children are supervised by an adult at all times.

All obstacles are made in the safest possible way.

Guests are welcome to bring their own RC cars, provided the obstacle course can accommodate them.
